- Project design through parameterization, with development and detailing 2D / 3D parts and assemblies in MBD (Model Based Definition), FT & A (Functional Tolerance & Annotation) and GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance);
- Approval and release of technical documentation and required by the ANAC;
- Analysis, feasibility study and simplification the product structure;
- Prototyping and suppliers;
- Softwares: Catia V5, 3DCOM, Share and SAP


- Development of Electrical installations, routing, definition of fasteners, intelligence application in connectors and electrical equipment;
- Hardware integration development, technical documentation and definition of product structure.;
- Developing harness installations in EHI, ELB, EHF module;
- Development of 2D drawings of harness and electronics;
- Softwares: Catia V5, 3DCOM, SDE, IGE-XAO, VPM.


Using Finite Element Method: Static (Linear and Nonlinear) and Buckling;
Structural analysis (energy variation method, Beta curve, crack propagation);
Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis: CLDSEQ and NASGRO tools;
Static and dynamic scaling of primary structures;
Impact analysis and ballistics considering nonlinear dynamics;
Technical reports for the Aircraft Certification (requirements analysis);
Softwares: Patran; Nastran; FEMAP; HyperMesh.
